Job Description:
 

 
Fitness Insite is currently seeking a Senior System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to administer and manage a medium to large Windows network. The position includes daily support and maintenance of the network as well as problem resolution, sizing and strategy for our customers.
 

 
Responsibilities:
 

 
• Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues while balancing job functions throughout the day.
 
• Plans and evaluates existing network systems and performs design and installation, configuration, load balancing and ongoing maintenance of network devices.
 
• Provides technical guidance in reviewing and recommending appropriate hardware and software solutions.
 
• Maintaining and configuring firewalls, routers, and switches. Proven experience in Cisco routing and switching technologies.
 
• Working on issues as they are received through our ticketing system.
 
• Setup and configure IIS websites, virtual directories, user accounts, etc.
 
• Upgrading and patching various network devices (Windows Update, Anti-Virus, Etc.).
 
• Working with vendors to identify and purchase hardware and software.
 
• Support internal network as well as the data center network. (15 – 20 minutes from office)
 
• Upgrade hardware and software on desktop and server computers.
 
• Must have the ability to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the event that services are required.
