General Job Description

Manage the dealership Service Department to achieve planned sales and profitability objectives while adhering to GWP’s established procedures for business conduct, safety, and personnel administration.

Minimum Job Qualifications
• High School graduate, GED, or equivalent in work experience
• Demonstrate proficiency with personal computer technology and business applications
• 5 Years truck and/or automotive maintenance and repair experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to provide leadership

Desire Qualifications
• 5+ years of successful Service Managerial Experience at Class 8 dealership
• CAT and CUMMINS Certifications

The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; extreme heat and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions. The noise level is normally loud.
