Required Experience: At least 3 YEARS of HANDS-ON PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE (we require a validation of this requirement)
Required:
- CCNA and/or MCSE/ MCP or similar certification is a must !
- Experience with VM/ HyperV/ VirtualBox or similar virtual experience.
- Must PASS thorough background check and drug tests.
- Must have dependable vehicle to service customers.
- Must have a cell phone with Exchange capabillities (we reimburse for phone expenses. see below)
- Must be able to perform excellent quality On-Site/Mobile Computer/Networking Services IMMEDIATELY with NO additional technical training.
- MUST have EXCELLENT Troubleshooting and Diagnostic skills with ALL versions of Microsoft Windows OS, application support, e-email client set-up & networking
- Excellent communication and customer service skills. Genuinely care about your customer.
- Take ownership for problems and follow through on resolution.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Team player, follow instructions and want to work.

Desktop/ Bench Engineer position must be experienced and knowledgeable with:

(Level 1 position)

Server engineer position must be able to:

(Level 2 position)
