I am currently seeking a SharePoint Administrator for a contract to hire position to be a part of a dynamic and diverse team, with a technology based financial firm in Phoenix, AZ. JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:
•Ability to delivering new enhancements to the production environments through a certification and test process
•Ability to apply patches
•Ability to maintain 10 servers 5 live and 5 standby
•Manage all aspects of backup and recovery
•Supports end users with access and customized views using MySites
•Escalation to deal with permissions
•Manages several internal and external SharePoint farms
•Manages global rights and permissions regarding the WSS sites
•Monitors portal usage including access, load, and usability, issues on a daily basis
•Enforce site standards (layouts, security processes, etc.) to ensure that governance policies and processes are maintained
•Ensure the integrity and security of SharePoint data in accordance with business requirements regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance

QUALIFICATIONS:
•BS in Computer Science or related degree
•5+ years as a Technical Business Analyst
•Experience with Microsoft Technologies including Visio, .net, Project, and SQL
•SDLC and IT experience a must!
