Integrated Axis is currently seeking a senior level Systems/Network consultant to join our rapidly growing team of field technicians. The position currently offered is to provide support, repair, troubleshooting, consulting, and use of computer, network, and related systems for the clients of Integrated Axis. Qualified individuals will have at least 5 years of real world working experience in the IT industry. Experience with Cisco and/or MS Exchange is a plus.
This includes the support of:
Desktop PCs, Network Fileservers, E-mail, Web, and Remote Access Servers Support of all types of software, including custom client applications, Internet Technology Support, and other IT related services.
Support of the client network systems is performed at client locations throughout the Tucson and Southern Arizona area. Day to day travel to these locations is required. The ability to multitask, work responsibly and under pressure while providing outstanding customer service are absolute requirements of this position. Further, the ability to handle diverse situations on a daily basis is also required, as is the flexibility to work extended hours as required.
This position requires technical skills, people skills, and a flexible schedule. It also requires an individual who can “think outside the box”. This is not a position for those wishing to work at the same office everyday; our techs travel from our office directly to customer sites as scheduled with the customer. The prescribed installations or maintenance is then performed on customer owned equipment. Required paperwork is to be completed and submitted on a daily basis. Any required parts and/or follow up are handled by the individual and the scheduler.Integrated Axis is a “can do” company looking for “can do” individuals.
