We are currently looking for a staffing/marketing professional to join our renewable energy staffing firm.

Job duties:
 

 
Contacting, recruiting, and interviewing new candidates for temporary and
 
temp-to-hire positions
 
Strong ability to market and develop relationships through cold calls, warm leads and networking
 
Developing existing and new recruiting sources
 
Coordinating open positions with candidates and clients
 
Outbound sales to new clients, account management with current clients
 

 
Requirements:
 

 
• 2+ year of staffing and marketing experience
 
• Driven and a self-starter
 
• Sourcing expertise
 
• Have strong phone skills
 
• Good people skills
 
• Organized & attention to detail
 
• Confident enough to be able to communicate with CEO’s, HR Managers, Operation Managers and Hiring Directors of companies
 
• A passion to succeed
