For more than 15 years, Results Direct has been the leading provider of Web solutions for our nation’s top associations. We’re currently looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our data center team in Tucson, Arizona.

As a member of our data center team, after-hours support is required for this position to insure the 24/7 availability of our internal business systems and client services.

1. Configures server hardware and racks equipment; setup domain names, Web sites, virtual directories, SQL databases, and manages access to these resources for security compliance
2. Researches, installs, and maintains open source software like vBulletin, WordPress, and MySQL.
3. Evaluates and installs operating system and third-party software upgrades and patches; maintains images of workstations, antivirus client, and performs system recovery
4. Investigates and resolves system and hardware issues; researches, analyzes, isolates and resolves errors with Web, database applications, and email accounts and mail transport.
5. Provides support for internal development team, branch office, and telecommuters; recommends and implements approved course of action to resolve issues with VoIP equipment and remote connectivity
6. Works as part of a team to launch new Web sites, features, and Internet services

Skills and Qualifications:

1. 4+ Experience with Windows (2000,2003,2008): SQL Server, Active Directory and Clustering
2. 2+ Experience with Linux (RHEL, CentOS, or Ubuntu)
3. 2+ Experience with patch management software and procedures
4. 2+ Experience with VMware ESXi and VMware ESX Server
5. 1+ Experience in a 24×7 online internet computing environment
6. Preferred: Experience with enterprise storage and protocols: NetApp, iSCSI, and NFS
7. Preferred: Experience integrating Mac OS X with Windows
8. Preferred: Experience with scripting, Batch, Bash, Powershell or Perl
9. Preferred: Network+, MCSA , MCITP, or similar certifications

Requirements:

• Must take part in on-call rotation which will require after-hours coverage
• Must be able to lift and move equipment weighing 50 lbs
• Must work in Tucson Arizona office
