Systems Administrator

Phoenix based network consultancy is seeking a motivated, experienced systems administrator.
Must possess and employ good communication skills and sound judgement.

Job Duties:
-Install, configure, and maintain server and desktop operating systems
-Perform network troubleshooting and resolve common network problems
-Manage network system backups
-Perform system administration duties in Active Directory, Exchange and SQL

Skill Requirements:

-Ability to multitask
-Excellent customer service
-Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
-Outstanding hardware and software problem-solving skills
-Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange
-Experience creating and setting up networks for clients with multiple locations
-Demonstrated working knowledge of firewall appliances
-Microsoft Certification preferred
-Experience in a managed services environment a plus
