As our Recruiter, you will be leading qualified applicants through our interview and hiring process in collaboration with Hiring Managers and Department Heads. This opportunity gives you the ability to utilize your interpersonal skills and highly contribute to the success and growth of the company.

Your primary focus will be on the prospecting, interviewing and hiring of administration, marketing, and sales personnel.

The right candidate will have the ability and drive to coordinate and manage processes for both internal and external candidates. You will be rewarded for your successful efforts with an opportunity to advance your career based on your performance.

To be successful in this position, you must have:

• Minimum 2 years recruiting or hiring experience, with an emphasis on inside sales / call center personnel.
• Strong relationship builder
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Sales background a plus
