Technical Recruiter – Mid to Senior level IT / Technical Recruiter (Downtown Phoenix)

  • We are currently seeking mid-senior level IT / Technical Recruiters for our Phoenix Branch.

    Day to Day Duties:
    • Responsible for recruiting all levels of talent spanning multiple skills thru out the technology arena.
    • Developing strategies to find qualified candidates locally and nationally, build networking with the various Technology User Groups, etc.
    • Utilizing and understanding the necessary tools to find the qualified candidates
    • Follow a proactive recruiting model in building candidate database based on the service offerings of the unit.
    • Prospect, identify and interview new and existing candidates. Conduct initial screening interview, reference checks etc.
    • Managing the candidate pipeline effectively and efficiently throughout all stages of the recruiting process.
    • Responsible for building a strong candidate pipeline by thinking “outside the box” of traditional recruiting and sourcing methods with in-person outreach, social media campaigns and networking

    Requirements:
    • Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in IT Recruiting and IT Consulting Services Industry recruiting high level Information Technology Professionals (Application engineers,Web Developers, Architects, Database development, Testing, Project Managers, and Business Analysts etc.).
    • Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national and multi-location basis
    • Ability and experience to articulate complex and in-depth concepts along with exceptional negotiation and closing skills
    • Must have a strong professional network and be motivated to utilize outside sources
    • Experience managing the full life cycle recruiting process
    • Exceptional facilitation skills along with a professional, polished demeanor
    • Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment
    • Commitment to quality, fairness and professionalism
    • Must have a strong ethical character with high integrity
