Pinnacle Cart, a leader in the shopping cart software industry, has immediate openings for Technical Support positions

Primary responsibilities include:

- Answering inbound phone calls for support
- Walking customers through the set-up of their shopping cart software
- Troubleshooting technical support issues

We offer a starting pay of $12.25 per hour with a potential increase after your first 90 days. Additionally, you have an opportunity to reach bonuses by achieving department and individual goals. Total annual compensation target at goal equals $37,500/year.

If you have a technical background with software and have consultative selling skills you are a perfect fit.

Pinnacle Cart Requirements

- Two to three years technical support or sales experience.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week. Weekends will be included after 90 days of training.
- Ability to work in a non-traditional office (shorts and flip flops are ok!)
- Previous work with enterprise-level software.

Nice to haves

- Call center experience
- Website design or development experience
- Familiarity with the use of shopping cart software
- Previous use with a customer ticket management system
- Previous experience with Salesforce
