Immediate opportunity for experienced HP hardware support technician. This position will be resident to a large HP customer, with working hours of 8-5 Monday through Friday. Initial hiring is for a 4 month period with the possibility of extending to 5 years.

Candidates must have a solid service delivery background, exceptional customer skills and be will to provide HP’s Best in Industry Support.

Critical skills for position
- Troubleshooting and hardware repair of HP Proliant Servers
- Troubleshooting and hardware repair of HP C-Class Blade systems and related peripherals
- Troubleshoot and hardware repair of HP’s Enterprise Virtual Array (EVA)
- Ability to follow documented instructions for installing customer provided Operating System or OS Image
- Linux (Redhat) proficiency a PLUS
