This is not a full time position, this is mostly part-time dispatch work. IT consulting company seeking experienced and reliable techs to support our clients. The work is 1099 contract-based and will mostly consist of break/fix, troubleshooting, network device upgrades, data cabling, and other types of field service work. We are also looking for Windows Server Admins and VMWare Techs/Consultants. Roles will be filled immediately. Preferred Experience:
• Industry specific certifications (Comp TIA A+, NET+, MCTS, CCNA, etc.)
• VOIP and telecom experience
• Server familiarity, Network Admin, router configurations, backups, Exchange, SQL

Requirements:

• Ability to follow directions a MUST
• Background in desktop support/Windows OS
• Experience with network devices (routers, hubs, switches, etc.)
• Experience with data cabling and terminations to jacks and panels
• Time management skills and ability to keep scheduled appointments
• Tools: Laptop, Basic PC tool kit, punch down tool for 110/66 block, cable tester/toner/crimper, digital camera, patch cords, etc.
• Great oral and written communication skills
