Our office located in Surprise, Az is seeking HIGH ENERGY APPOINTMENT SETTERS to add POWER to our already growing team..

We are looking for dependable, educated, and articulate individuals to set appointments for GENERAL CONTRACTING JOBS, HOME REMODELING and HVAC for our Sales team. Positions available range from 25-40 hrs/wk (Mon-Fri). All materials needed will be provided.

The qualified candidate must possess

-Work experience in the telemarketing field.

-Work experience in the any of the fields of Energy Conservation, Cooling Sales, Heating, Air Conditioning, Lighting, Flooring, Kitchen, Bath, Home Improvement, Solar, Roofing and any other experience in the field of Contracting.

-Own transportation.

-Superior verbal and written communication skills

-Strong interpersonal skills

-Take charge attitude

-Adaptable, and quick-thinking

-Strong organizational ability

-Accurate data entry skills

-Be able to work in a team oriented environment and consistently produce on a daily basis

-Bi-lingual a plus
