Our Chandler, AZ location is currently accepting resumes for a full time Tool Install Designer. 
 
Main Responsibilities: 
 
•Experience with design Project Management. 
•Facilitate effective design review meetings. 
•Analyze schedule to establish efficient personnel resource work loading. 
•Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. 
•Drive to client project schedule need dates. 
•Ability to multi-task  
•Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, Excel and Word for project needs. 
•Review design documents and prepared by other engineers, designers and drafters. 
•Knowledge of building codes and standards including individual Client’s Deisgn Standards. 
•Read and interpret construction contract documents. 
•Interface with multiple disciplines, Project Management, Systems Owners, Customers, General Contractors, and Sub-Contractors. 
 
Experience & Skills: 
 
•2+years of semi-conductor/micro-electronic experience. 
•Previous Project Management experience with emphasis on industrial manufacturing facilities is desirable. 
•Intermediate to advanced computer skills with MS Windows XP, Outlook, Word, and Excel. 
•Effective communication and impromptu problem solving skills. 
•Ability to follow through in a self motivated fashion. 
•Ability to work in a cost effective, customer focused and team based environment. 
•Understanding and skills in assessing a customer’s requirements/needs in the field.  
•Familiarity with use of AutoCAD desired. 
 
Education: 
 
•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university. 4 years of directly related work experience may be considered in lieu of 4 year degree.
