Position Description:

Level Four Solutions Group, Inc. is a small, privately held Colorado company. We continue to grow and gain significant market share in our business, focused within the utility e-learning space. Our current staffing needs are for the following positions:

• Project Manager (1 position)
• Senior Consultant (2 position)
• Internship Technical Writer (3 positions)

These roles will be working primarily in the Phoenix Metro Area, however some travel may be required (up to 75% at times). The successful candidates will contribute in developing both interactive online courses as well as traditional instructor led training from start to finish, including analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Ideal candidates will be detailed oriented, have utility experience, be passionate and energetic self-starters, highly motivated, hard working and have 1-3 years of successful experience in the e-learning industry. This position requires an on-site presence and will be contract temporary — these will start as 1099 positions. The starting salaries vary by position and range from $15.00 – $35.00 per hour based on experience. There is a strong potential for full time work and rapid salary increase along with upward mobility based on growth in our company for the right work ethic, skill set, leadership potential and organizational fit.

Responsibilities:

ELearning Course Development
o Use eLearning software to develop training on a per lesson, per module, per course series or per client basis. Course development may include complete life cycle development, including but not limited to:
o Needs or requirements analysis
o Content research and writing
o Subject Matter Expert communication and guidance
o Course design
o Course development
o Course QA
o Course integration into LMS
o Course evaluation
o Exercise and Test Development
o Procedure / Job Aid Creation

• Experience with the Systematic Approach to Training, ISD or the ADDIE methodology
• Audio Narration Development
• Experience Working with Subject Matter Experts
• HTML and Graphic Design

Experience and Skills:

o Undergraduate or graduate degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology/Media, Training and Development
o Course development and instruction experience required
o Strong written and oral communication skills
o Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external team members and partners
o 1-2 years previous experience writing material for online education preferred
o Familiarity with graphical design elements appropriate for online instruction
o Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications
o Experience with Captivate, Flash, SharePoint, or equivalent, Learning Management Systems (Moodle preferred).
o Experience with Photoshop, SnagIt and related image capture software.
o Experience in streaming video desired

Duration:

This positions are anticipated to last for a 6 — 8 month period with the potential for continuation for the right candidate and based on business growth.
