I have a unique opportunity for the right ambitious person with expertise and experience running a flea market, swap meet, or church and charity rummage sales – fund raising events.
 

 
I own a Self Storage business here in Tucson and want to find someone that has the ambition to help me start and operate a successful flea market or swap meet at the facility. We have the storage units to store the items and the space to display and sell them. The successful candidate would be able to do the following:
 

 
Organizing and Supervision:
 

 
You will have the ability to organize multiple people and circumstances to prepare for each weekly sale. I already have the laborers available to move and set-up for the sale, you will supervise them. As part of this opportunity you would also need to handle the….
 

 
Marketing and Sales:
 

 
This would involve marketing the facility to the General Public and to the Charitable and Non-Profit Community to hold sale events at our facility. We would provide the space to store their items up until the sale and also the labor personnel to move and set up at the event if needed. The current plan is to offer this service in two ways,
 

 
Pay for storage space on a weekly basis at a flat fee per week/month. The customer is responsible for set-up and for attending to the sales. Many charitable organizations would provide their own volunteers to set-up and attend the sale so this is a good choice for them.
 

 
Pay for storage space on a weekly basis at a flat rate per week/month AND provide the set-up and consign the items to us and we sell for them. This is attractive to those who do not want to deal with the set-up and the selling of the items.
 

 
The general public is ripe for this opportunity too. This will provide serial Yard Sellers/Re-Sellers, EBay Re-Sellers and Swap Meet-ers an additional venue to sell their stuff.
