Sr. Mortgage Bankers and Team Leaders:

Crossline Capital is a CA based national mortgage lender and is opening a new office in Phoenix, AZ. We are slated to be in no later than Feb 15, 2012. We have an immediate need for NMLS licensed loan officers and are activley searching for a branch manager and or team lead. We are a FULL SERVICE Mortgage Banker. Conventional/FHA/VA. We do mail/tv/radio/internet search. Too many calls to handle. Licensed in 25 states. If you like to work and enjoy making money, this will be a good fit.

•Our Loan Officers carry pipelines of approx 30+ loans
•Highest lead quality in the industry with an average of 10% conversation rates

Signing bonus of $1000 per state issued NMLS license that Crossline Capital lends in.
Signing bonus of $500 for each additional mortgage banker refferal to Crossline Capital that is hired.

Requirements:

•2 + years of industry experience
•Must have passed the NMLS Federal Exam and hold licensing in at least 1 state
•Current knowledge of industry guidelines and procedures as well as federal, state and local regulations
•Knowledge of mortgage banking loan process from submission to funding
•Demonstrated sales skills
•Detail oriented and highly organized
•Multi-tasking and prioritization skills necessary
•Ability to work in a fast paced environment under time constraints
•Ability to organize and coordinate projects
•Ability to adapt to change quickly
•Strong interpersonal skills and must be a team player
•Excellent customer service skills
•Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
•Current knowledge of industry guidelines and procedures as well as federal, state and local regulations
