Looking for someone to layout a start-up newspaper from beginning to forwarding to printer. Not necessary to be in Rio Rico. The finished size of the paper is 11×13.5" (11×27 folded in half). It is currently a monthly issue but looking to make it bi-weekly. The first issue is only 4 pages. (Looking to grow to 12 pages).
 

 
Besides doing layout, I need a graphic artist to design any display ads that may be required. That of course will be additional income to the designer. I will only refer clients to the designer or forward the information for the design. Therefore, I would like a dollar amount that you would charge for that service.
