GlowHat, is a fast growing Online Marketing company located in Cave Creek. We are looking for a talented, part-time Web Designer/ Copywriter to join our in-house marketing/creative team, with possibility of moving to full time.

The ideal candidate will have experience with web design, copy writing and knowledge of social media functionalities. Working knowledge of HTML and Word Press web design, an ability to focus on the details, and the desire to advance in an exciting, fast-paced, high energy results driven team environment.

The successful candidate will possess a strong desire to deliver projects that meet or exceed expectations. Will thrive equally within a team format and individually. Good communication skills are a must.

Your key responsibilities may include:
- Assisting in the development of new high quality websites that utilize the Word Press CMS.
- Implementing new ad campaigns within guidelines established by management.
- Creating design solutions for lead-generation and e-commerce websites.
-Create, develop and test content for various jump pages and landing pages.
-Improve and build upon existing content and strategy.
-Develop highly targeted, relevant email campaigns.
-Create, test and refine copy for Facebook advertisements.
- Manage multiple projects and time-sensitive deadlines.

Required Skills:
- Proficient in (social media, Twitter, Facebook, and Facebook Apps )
- Experienced in developing for Word Press with knowledge of themes and plug-ins.
- Intermediate level skill and experience using; PHP, HTML, CSS.
- Good writing and verbal communication skills and some blogging experience.
