Position: Web Developer
 
Term: Part-time Consultant
 

 
Candidate must have extensive knowledge of PHP, HTML, Foxycart, and Expression Engine.
 

 
Candidate will be expected to plan, code, test and deploy multiple web projects simultaneously with minimal assistance. They should know how to build a web application from the ground up, as well as modify and build on existing code. They should know PHP like the back of their hand. Must have 2+ years experience programming ecommerce web sites using PHP.
 
• Strong understanding of programming and programming principles
 
• Advanced understanding of the PHP programming language (4+ years)
 
• Advanced understanding of Foxycart and Expression Engine (2+ years)
 
• Advanced knowledge of Web protocols and programming requirements
 

 
Prefer Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. At least four years related experience. Extensive experience in professional website and web-based application development. Solid web development experience with CMS highly desirable. Competence in a broad variety of programming and web technologies such as Perl, CSS, XML, and CMS is a plus. Good user interface design skills. Outstanding communication skills and a commitment to a customer service is essential. Must be self-directed yet collaborative and able to multi-task and prioritize changing workload.
 

 
Position will be able to telecommute, but required to attend weekly meetings at our headquarters in Peoria, Arizona.
