About the position: assisTek has an immediate need for a full-time experienced Web Developer (contract to hire) to program web-based interactive client data reports.

What we are looking for:

Experience:
1. Minimum 3-5 years of professional software development experience in Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010. Software development emphasis on VB and ASP
2. Minimum 2 years of HTML/ASP Markup
3. Minimum 3 years of Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 as a Developer.
4. Experience with SSIS Package, store procedures, views, triggers, functions, and efficient SQL queries
5. Experience with IIS Administration

Personal:
1. Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
2. Excellent documentation skills
3. Results/Goal oriented
4. Able to work as part of a team as well as alone
5. Excellent organizational skills
6. Working knowledgeable of SDLC
7. College degree in Computer Science or related field; or professional software development experience

Nice to Have but not required:
1. Experience with Ajax
2. Experience with ADO
3. Experience with ActiveX
4. Experience with N-Tiered client/server development
5. Experience with JAVA scripts
6. Experience with SVN
7. Familiar with Microsoft Office; (Word, Excel, Access, Visio)
8. Android experience
