We currently have a roster of world-class companies that we will work on sites for this year.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated the following skills/abilities:

- 2-4 years experience in a professional web development team
- Thorough understanding of CSS and HTML standards
- JavaScript and jQuery experience
- Comfortable using non-GUI-based tools
- Solid graphic design creative skills
- Proficient in Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Illustrator (Photoshop is a must)
- Experience with domain/hosting setup
- Experience with LAMP
- State-of-the-art skills for designing user-friendly interfaces for complex web applications and Internet websites
- Excellent writing skills
- Familiar with various shopping cart software

Optional Skills that we would like you to have:
- AJAX, JSON, SOAP, RSS feeds, XML, CURL and other web-based technologies.
- Flash
- SEO/SEM knowledge
- ASP.NET
- OOP PHP programming
- Joomla

Work Experience Other Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must
- Ability to work as both a team member and independently
- Ability to manage and deliver on multiple concurrent project tasks
- Willingness to learn and apply new software development tools, technologies, and methodologies
- Prior localization/internationalization work a plus

About You:
- Enjoy working in a small team, fast-paced start-up environment with a proactive approach
- Want to work on both the front-end and back-end of high transaction Web applications
- Are very strong in designing and implementing complex object-oriented abstractions, data structures, run-time complexity, etc., but feel you can still learn from others
- Enjoy staying up-to-date with technologies so you can suggest new coding practices, recommend architecture changes and collaborate with our platform team to optimize scalability and network efficiency

Job Responsibilities:
- 40+ Hours a week
- Work on customer websites (maintenance)
- Build websites from the ground up for new and existing companies
- Re-build current websites with updated design and layouts.
- Work with SEO Experts (US) to build websites that rank and implement this knowledge into your design
- Logo design
- All websites must incorporate Web 2.0 look and functionality
- Work on our in-house web applications
- Interface with customers on a regular basis to collect requirements and report status
