Your Day Will Involve :
- Giving clients walk-throughs and instructions for maintaining and developing a website over the phone
- Creating “support tickets” for issues that must be handled by other departments
- Providing clients with usernames & passwords, account resets and general information (ie: answers to commonly asked questions)
- Candidate MUST know WordPress and basic SEO (If you do not know these, please don’t send in your resume as we will not interview) There is limited time in training, so knowing about WordPress and SEO is extremely important! :)

Requirements :
- Knowledge on Developing a Website or Blog
- Computer skills, including experience with Windows, Excel, internet usage, website/blog knowledge and Basic SEO knowledge.
- Must love to talk to people and enjoy being on the phone throughout the day.
- The ideal personality is always smiling, outgoing, upbeat and enjoys helping people — a positive and friendly attitude is a must!
- You should also be organized & capable of handling several lines, high attention to detail, and excel at both verbal and written communication.
- You *must* be dependable and responsible. We are a family, and it ruins our office mojo if someone is less reliable than the rest of us.

Final Notes :
The hours are 10 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. 35 hours a week. Our office is fun, and our staff is awesome!
