About the Opportunity
As a member of the Readyforce Community, you will be:
- Getting to know our clients, the jobs we are recruiting for and the specific requirements via our certification programs.
- Reviewing candidates’ resumes, questionnaires and video interviews
- Assessing candidates, making recommendations and describing your rationale using our technology platform.
About you
- You are looking for a flexible, part-time work.
- You have 2-3 years of experience working in a recruiting capacity.
- You have experience recruiting for sales, human resources and customer service positions.
- You know how to review and assess a candidate based on their resume and interview.
- You are interested in and available to work on evenings and weekends.
