Looking for a software developer proficient in Windows Presentation Framework using Visual Studio 2010 (VB or C#) for a forms based application that will allow a user to load a graphics image file, annotate the image with lines, shapes, and text and keep track of the annotation position and count separately from the drawing file.

Also the ability to interface .NET technology with COM based modules.

Experience in relational database technology would be preferred. (ADO.NET or LINQ)
